    For your height of 5'5' your weight should be around 60 kilos.
    The most important and beneficial way to increase your weight is by having proper diet and proper exercises.

    Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

    Eat more often.Take a additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed.Make sure you have a healthy food every 2.5 to 3 hours.

    Drinking whole milk is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories.
