A combination of milk and milk products like curd; pulses, sprouts, nuts, eggs and low fat non veg preparation to enrich your meals with proteins and calcium. Also any kind of physical activity helps to absorb calcium better. Get exposed to morning sunlight for vitamin D which is required for calcium absorption.
