    Fruits can be eaten at anytime. But in pregnancy or otherwise also, some important points to be considered while consuming fruits are:
    1. Take one type of fruit at a time ( any amount)
    2. Eat fruit alone, and don’t mix with other foods like milk, meals or snacks.
    3. Prefer to drink fruit juices in breakfast.
    4. In mid mornings you can have citrus fruits.
    5. Cut Fruits should be preferred rather than fruit juices.
    In general, always make sure the fruits are well washed before consumption.
