Eat foods rich in complex carbohydrates like whole grains, vegetables, pulses, sprouts, soya, fruits. Drink fruit juices, beverages like lemon juice, coconut water in between the meals to rehydrate your body with energy. Take small frequent meals for stable energy throughout the day.
