    Breakfast: Milk (200 ml) + Bread Sandwich or Porridge (1 bowl) or Idli ( 2 medium) or Chapati ( 2 nos.) or Cheese (30 gm) or 1 egg or Sprouts ( 250 gms)

    Mid morning: Butter milk or Coconut water or 1 fruit or 1 glass fresh juice

    Lunch: Fresh Salad + Chapati ( 3-4 nos., made of wheat + Bengal gram flour + soyabean flour) or Rice ( 100 gm) + Pulses or Gram ( 25 gm) or Meat/Fish/Chicken + Curd ( 1bowl) + Green veggies ( 2bowl) + cooking oil ( 2sp)

    Evening Tea – 1-2 fruits or Milk + Paneer or Poha or Upma or Vada or cheese sandwich

    Dinner: Veg soup + salad + Pulses + Chapati ( 1-2 nos.) + Green Veggies ( 1 bowl)
