Hi..fibromyalgia is related to stress and your daily routine habits..you should work on to reduce your stress level it can be done by walking,doing what you like etc. Physiotherapist will help you for exercise training..you should work on pain relief by using heat therapy..stretching and strengthening will help to reduce the tightness in muscle you feel by doing these things your pain will subside and joint range of motion will also maintained
  2. One thing you can do in the morning is before stepping out from bed do movement of your joints in clockwise and anticlockwise direction ..straight leg raising ,bridging at least five repetition in starting this may help you out..hope answered your we
