    Nausea and vomiting are more common in first 12 weeks but can happen at any stage of pregnancy. In first trimester, its hormonal ( due to progesterone ) but later in pregnancy it may resurface due to acidity and increased GER ( Gastric esophageal response). You should not stay hungry for long time as well as don't overload at a time. Divide your meals into multiple meals. Avoid hot spicy food, oily or fried, caffeine, tea,smoking, and stress. Take fruits, juices and healthier food items in smaller quantities, whatever you are able to eat without feeling nauseous.⁠⁠⁠⁠

    I am 4 month pregnant and I am having constipation from last 2 days. Please suggest some cure.

    Constipation is common problem in pregnancy and should be avoided. You should increase water intake, and add more roughage to your diet. In addition, maintain a disciplined exercise regime like go for a walk in morning and evening.

    You can try warm milk with sugar or honey at night or ask your doctor to prescribe something like lactulose or husk etc.
