  1. Hello,
    Welcome to medimetry.
    Thanks for the query.

I can understand your concern and would like to know few more details.
Kindly mention your age, the reason you can attribute to your symptoms, ongoing treatment if any.

Meanwhile I am sharing few tips to help you sleep well :-

    1. avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea , chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.]

    2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep]

    3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

    Hope this helps.
    Take care!!

  5. Proper treatment will help you overcome your symptoms and be able to go through your life in a better way.

You would need treatment with anti-depressants like venlafaxine and a psychiatrist after complete examination will be able to prescribe you! In addition, you should start exercising which will help you relax. Try to look at the positives in life rather than looking at the negatives. Discuss your problems with someone with whom you can share your inner thoughts.

I do hope you seek treatment immediately and get well soon. Best wishes.
