    The best way to decrease fat is multidisciplinary i.e. strict diet, exercise, sleep and destressing schedule. Consuming at least 3 to 5 liters of water also helps. Keep yourself fit and active and do not be sedentary.
    Your diet should be strictly on time and should contain fresh veggies and fruits. Have a lot of probiotics.
    Sleep at least for 7 hours and destress yourself by yoga or meditation.
