  2. Your extra weight decides the type of weight loss to be followed. In case of excessive weight gain, first thing is to regularize your exercise pattern. Go for 45 mins of cardio exercise like brisk walk, treadmill. Avoid running or jogging as it can be exhausting. Secondly, follow a high protein meal to replace the lost proteins due to exercise and also help increase your basal metabolic rate. Include pulses, sprouts, egg, soya, skimmed milk to increase your protein intake. Reduce your refined food intake like maida and its foods, junk foods, packaged foods, sugary beverages etc. Eat at an interval of 3 hours with minimum 1 portion of above mentioned protein sources.
