What to eat for calcium deficiency?

I am on diet to loose weight and its very effective too. I lost 7 kg in 3 months. Now i have been diagnosed with calcium deficiency and advised to take a shelcal OS once a day. But dietitian says it will increase the water retention in my body. I already had water retention problem because of hypothyroid. Please advice if i can eat anything for calcium.

    First of all you don' t do too much dieting as it will only results in vitamins and minerals deficiency. Eat balanced diet and do brisk walking and exercise daily for an hour. It is beneficial if you do it at early morning. To avoid water retention take fresh coriander water early morning. For calcium you can take skimmed milk and its product like curd, paneer etc and add ragi in your diet. Calcium is absorbed when you take vitamin D alongwith it.
