    Please do let me know if you have any history of cardiac disease, hypertension, diabetes, etc. in yourself or your family. Also please let me know if you are on any medications for hypertension or any other condition. Also do mention if you have any cold symptoms like fever, wheezing, etc.
    If the answer to any of the above is affirmative, please approach your nearest health centre.

    In the meanwhile I would suggest rest and if throat irritation is present then mouth gargles or mouth wash.

    Do write back to me in detail about your back pain so I can give you my opinion in a better way.

    Thanks Dr. I don't have anyone mentioned by you except diabetes in my parents. I have throat irritation only. I am doing gargle with warm salt water and taking ginger with black pepper tea intermittently. Now I am feeling better but still not recovered completely.
    Since long I am having back pain. May be 3 years or more. I have talking medicine.

    Regarding back pain I have consulted so many doctors. Using waist belt. still have problems
  4. I am very very happy that you are feeling better with my advise. I would like to tell you in a few days, if it's a viral uncomplicated cold, you will be completely fit and fine!

    Regarding your back pain I would like you to go at least once and consult a physiotherapist or a back pain specialist.
    In the meanwhile I would like you to wear comfortable footwear, concentrate on your walking and posture and decrease your weight if overweight with specially designed back strengthening exercises.

    Thanks for your help and advice. I am 46 year old have 85 kg weight. I am working in office which is completely seating job. I do realise that may be these are creating problem with back pain. I am trying to move during phone call. I am not taking any oily food. Please suggest
