    Milk is a good source of Calcium and Vitamin-D. It is seen that women who consume good quantity of mil during pregnancy deliver healthy, tall and immunity sound babies. Maximum growth occurs in 8th and 9th month. If you are lactose intolerant, then you can shift to soya milk, tofu, yogurt, cheese, curd, almond milk, alsi (flax seeds), makhana for proper calcium consumption. Even if not lactose intolerant, you can eat these suggested items to make sure you get enough calcium and vitamin D.
