Hello and thank you for posting us on Medimetry.It is common for fat to accumulate around hips and belly in females.This is stubborn fat and takes time to go.With a correct diet and exercise you can defintely reduce fat in your body.I suggest you to aim at reducing 1 pound to 2 pound per week and reduce at least 500 to 750 calories from your daily caloric intake

Eat more of fruits,vegetables,lean meat and low fat dairy products.Avoid sugary foods like biscuits,chocolates in excess and refined carbohydrates.Do not take ghee ,butter in excess.Drink at least 3 litres of water per day.Take frequent small meals.Take a light dinner and at least 2 hours before you sleep.Go for brisk walk daily for 30-40 minutes.Combine it alternately with high intensity workout like sprinting.Take the stairs instead of elevator and walk down to your office.A discplinary approach will definitely help you achieve your desired results.I hope this helps.Keep us posted.Good day!
