  1. Hello Deep. Welcome to Medimetry. Your fat mass decides the type of exercise you need to follow to reduce your weight. Get your body composition done from nearby gym or hospital to know your body fat and muscle percentage. Meanwhile you can follow a healthy meal plan with good protein and complex carbohydrate sources like vegetables, whole grains, pulse, milk and its products except cheese, on daily basis to keep yourself healthy. Brisk walk or running, jogging etc is a must along with healthy food. Cut down on junk foods, sweet beverages, refined foods. Hope you find this helpful.
