    Well it is natural to gain some weight after delivery. However, proper work outs can help you loose the weight that you have gained. You can have a look at a work out regimen known as TABATA,which is a high intensity fat burning work out.
    As regards to diet, I would not recommend that you skip on any of your food intake as you will need a lot of energy to take care of your daughters.
