  1. Hello Dear, Welcome to Medimetry. To begin with follow a regular eating pattern with small frequent meals. Include protein sources like pulses, sprouts, egg, milk, curd, soya in your meals. Increase your whole grain intake like wheat, jowar etc. Improve your vegetable intake with inclusion of raw veggies. Limit your oil intake to 20-25 ml per day. Cut down on refined foods like sugar, refined flour and its products like bread, deep fried foods, bakery foods; meat, deep fried Non veg, sago, fruits like banana, mango, custard apple, chickoo, grapes; sweets.
