    The most important food that you have to make sure for body building is proteins. Proteins ensure that you gain muscle mass and not fat mass.
    The best sources of proteins in Indian diet are:
    Vegetarian sources: Daal, pulses, sprouts, soya beans, whey, etc.
    Non Vegetarian sources: Eggs and fish are some of the best source of proteins in the daily diet.
    You can include at least one egg in your daily routine while you are working out regularly. Alternately you can have two bowls of daals and two bowls of sprouts daily to suffice your daily protein requirement.
