Depression and myocardial infarction

I have slightly myocardial infarction. I have a tendency of depression and whenever I get depressed these problems occur severely. Since one month the pain has increased a lot. I also have chest pain, radiating pain in hands, abdominal pain, back pain, insomnia, dream and vomiting problem. I took medicines but nothing works. Some doctors say I might have a nerve problem. Is it true? What should I do?

    Thanks for your query. What you are suffering is actually a panic attack and not a myocardial infarction. Also, the other symptoms mentioned are suggestive of an anxiety disorder. I suggest we proceed with the following tests and Thwn conclude a diagnosis for you. This will also give us a clarity about what can be done for your problem. The tests are complete blood counts, liver and renal function tests, lipid profile, thyroid function tests, vitb12, vit.d, serum folate and ECG. Once we are sure these tests are fine, we can proceed with psychological Treatment for depression. Thanks!
