Hello doctor,

I am Feeling too lonely. I am unable to concentrate and also feeling like low self esteem. I feeling very tough in day to day activities. Some time it happens that i don’t know what  i am doing actually i loose my  concentration.Please help to overcome my depression.

    Eat well-balanced meals.Limit alcohol and caffeine intake.Take enough sleep.
    Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health and also it will improve mood and releases serotonin.Do Yoga and meditation.Please follow these instruction and if you still have any concern than consult privately.
