    Constipation is a common problem during pregnancy due to hormonal changes, lack of physical activity, dehydration especially if you develop vomiting in pregnancy. Walking in morning and evening around 30 min along with increasing fluid intake and high roughage diet should help. If you have vomiting, take small frequent meals and avoid spices. Certain people develop constipation with iron tables also.
    If not relieved with above you can take medication, but make sure you consult your doctor and do not go for over the counter medications.
