    You can't change the position of baby.
    You should be active physically which may help in pushing baby head into pelvis with time or at onset of labour.
    Elective cesarean is to be done ideally around 39 weeks but timing differs according to the patient.
    Steroids in 2 doses are given for lung maturity in case we expect to deliver the baby earlier. With good NICU facilities, 37 weeks is a safe period unless baby has some other issues.
    As far as fibroids are concerned, it may lead to non progress of labour and increase chances of cesarean depending upon its size and position in the uterus. Discuss your requirements with your gynaecologist and decide.
