    Non progress of labour leading to cesarean section is common. Causes can be multiple due to baby, maternal pelvis or ineffective labour pains which could arise from various reasons.
    If the cause is fibrosis of cervix, contracted pelvis or any fibroid etc or malformations of uterus or again a big baby,i.e. a recurring cause, you will end up in repeat cesarean for sure.
    But if it is not so, labour starts in time and progresses well, you can have a normal delivery also. In nutshell it depends on your examination findings at labour onset or if you do not develop pains you will end up with cesarean.
