  1. Hello Dear, Welcome to Medimetry. Go for a brisk walk 30 mins daily. Eat a protein rich diet including pulses, soya, sprouts, milk or curd on daily basis. Practice breathing exercises which will also help in fat burning. Follow abdominal yogic exercises which are not vigourous or aqua walking i.e walking in water level upto knee.
