    Tea whether black or green contains caffeine. Caffeine if consumer during pregnancy in more than 200 mg can be harmful. So you can sip 2-3 cups of tea in a day. You can shift to herbal teas but make sure you read instructions on the labels carefully and watch out for herbal laxatives. You should use tea bags and that too after avoiding the first dipped water, rather use the second one.
