I can understand that you have high cholesterol levels.
Following is my suggestion for you.
Eat a healthy diet.
Include smaller and frequent meals
Do not skip/delay any meals. Maintain meal timings
To include more fibre in the diet like whole grains, pulses and vegetables.
To include more fluid in the diet as clear soups, buttermilk.
To drink 2-3 litres of water per day.
To restrict refined cereals like Maida and noodles.
To restrict concentrated sweets and sugar preparations.
To include green leafy vegetables in the diet.
To include skimmed milk and low fat milk products in the diet.
Restrict deep fried foods and bakery products.
Restrict the intake of oil to 500 ml per month per person
Include healthy snacks in between the main meals
Achieving or maintaining a healthy weight.
