  1. Hi. Thanks for posting your query on MediMetry.
I must say it is a very strange symptom by itself and I would like you to please reply with the following to help me diagnose it a little better:
    - Your age, sex, height, weight, menstrual state ie pregnancy if female.
    - when exactly does it occur? Sudden standing up, after waking from sleep, after food, after exercise, associated with stress or depression, etc.
    - Any diseases you may have, heart related, anaemia, asthma, Diabetes, high or low BP, thyroid status, any neurological diseases like paralysis or pain, deafness or tinnitus in the ears, etc
    - Any surgeries in the past, any accidents, etc.
    - Family history of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, vertigo, etc.
    - Are you unduly stressed or depressed or excited or a new change in your life.

In the meanwhile, kindly get a complete blood test, ECG, check your pulse and BP and post it here. You may consult a neurologist also for physical examination.

Keep yourself well hydrated (2 - 3 L a day). Have a well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Keep exercising but keep a partner with you while doing any strenuous exercises.
Get up slowly from bed or chair and breathe deep. Practise deep breathing and meditation of your choice.
    Please reply soon.
    Live healthy.
