    Most common causes for blood in urine are Kidney stones , Stones in Bladder , Urine Infection and also Bladder cancer .

    If she was my patient I would have done an Urine Examination which would have looked for Urine Infection . I would have also done an Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis which would have looked for Kidney stones and Bladder stones .
    If both the tests came normal or inconclusive I would have gone for Cystoscopy. ( camera to be passed up his urethra ).
    So kindly approach a urologist and get her completely evaluated.
