    Bleeding per vaginum during pregnancy can be either placental bleed or threatened abortion or trauma or lesion or ectopic pregnancy. Even if normal should be confirmed by examination and Ultrasound. Take bed rest, seek doctors advice and you may need extra medication to support pregnancy.
