    I would suggest every day walk for at least 45min and water intake of 3 liters daily. Please do some stretching before you lift any heavy weight and bend your knees slightly to take the pressure off your back. Do not lift weights with a jerk but rather slowly pull it up.
    Stretch and do yoga in the morning before you get up from the bed.
    Try suryansmaskar yoga pose daily in the morning.

    Take Tablet Neurobion Forte daily at night with a glass of warm milk with haldi. Reduce your weight if overweight.
