  1. Hello Dear,

Thank you for writing to us at MediMetry.
Patterns or timings of movement can vary from time to time. If you feel your movements are less, it's better to count the movements after meals and make a chart. Check your ultrasound for amount of liquor. If movements and liquor are not satisfactory, take advice of treating doctor.

  2. Hello Dear,

Thank you for writing to us at MediMetry.

Pregnant women start perceiving baby movements (also called Pregnancy Quickening) in first pregnancy after 20 week and after 18 weeks in secundigravida (Second pregnancy). The Patterns or timings of movement can vary from time to time but there should be at least 15-20 baby movements in 24 hours. Don't worry if you are not perceiving any movements, just take your left lateral position and lie down for half an hour after meals and then count, it should be 5-6 times in that half an hour and repeat it after meals thrice a day.

Moreover, The baby moves around quite a bit, and may respond to loud noises from the outside world, such as music. You may not feel these movements yet, especially if this is your first pregnancy. If you do, they'll probably feel like a soft fluttering or rolling sensation.
