I am 39 weeks. Baby hasn’t dropped yet in to the pelvic. What can I do?

I am 39 weeks. However, the baby hasn’t dropped yet in to the pelvic, though it is in cephalic representation. Is there anything I can do to facilitate the descent. Also, I am only 5 ft in height, is this the cause of the problem?

    Height can be a reason of non descent because of cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD). With short stature your pelvis can be proportionately small. Visit your obstetrician for pelvic assessment so that timely decision for cesarean or vaginal birth can be taken.
