    Thanks for sharing your concern.

    I can understand your concern and can see that you are trying to fight it with yoga and meditation. You are feeling lack of confidence, indecisiveness and hopelessness and this is the reason you are about to think that your heart is weak.

    I just want to know from you "Your Education, Marital status, Children, any physical illness, any past history of psychiatric illness, current job profile, and if any social, economical, relationship issue you are having". 

    If your detail history is available I can guide you further to improve confidence and courage.

    Education: CA final
    Current Job: self employed
    Social & Economic issue: i am only earning person in the family, having high stress & tension on fulfilling such responsibility. Also have work related stress.
    Past physical illness: i have no such illness record except little gestrict problem. Only suffering from anxiety 4 last few years.
  3. Do not worry, you will do it as you understand your responsibility.
    Just eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Exercise regularly. Continue yoga and meditation.
    And also get your Thyroid profile done to rule out hyperthyroidism as cause of your symptoms..
