Anxiety disorder

Okay so I found out that I have an anxiety disorder about six months ago. I have always been worried about my health even when I was a kid, and I think that’s the reason why I developed this disorder.

The thing is that I m really concerned about my health, I always worry about the worst possibilities.

A few years ago after my journey in a flight I had this weird episode, I was hit by Deja Vu and my abdomen felt really weird and I felt kind of scared and uneasy. It lasted for only about a few seconds and during that time I didn’t felt like speaking or paying attention to anyone. And after that feeling was over I felt really sleepy and my brain was all foggy.

I have these episodes from gaps, they don t occur from any time intervals. But they do come.

So from what I researched I found that these are called auras. And they either occur before a seizure or migraine..I don t have any of those after that.

I wanted to know if this is a panic attack or an aura.

  1. Hi there,
Wat u experienced was an episode of panic attack. It is not unusual to have such episodes in the back drop of anxiety. Auras essentially r associated with a seizure which is clearly not ur case. Trading anxiety usually helps in panic episodes too and it involves use of some medicines for sometime with or without associated psychotherapy.
