    Welcome to MediMetry.I can understand your concern,

    These things generally happens when your mind is not ready to adopt something new or untill you dont push yourself and try to come out these things.
    Sometimes when your mind is not engaged in the work which you are enjoying ,these things may happens. for these i would like to prefer your following things

    1) Think only those things which actually helps you and which have some existence.
    2) Have a good sleep and meditate regularly.
    3) Try to learn new things which will keep your mind busy and focusing on other things.
    4) Keep yourself motivated.
    5) Interact with new peoples and try to learn from them.
