    Anterior placenta in an otherwise normal pregnancy does not cause any problems. If you have had cesarean delivery during previous pregnancies then you need to confirm on ultrasound if placental plane is intact and placenta is not adherent or penetrating the uterus. Also you need to check if it is low lying. If these are not the issues then don't worry and enjoy your pregnancy.
