    It is a common problem during pregnancy. Avoid hot spicy and fatty meals. Take small frequent meals instead of full stomach at one time. Do not lie down immediately after meals. Avoid stress and undue medicines especially pain killers etc. Some amount of walk twice a day also helps. If does not get relieved then consult your gynecologist before taking any over the counter medication.
