    When a person has PCOD, she lacks a hormone, known as progesterone. In pregnancy this hormone is usually high but sometimes with history of miscarriages, progesterone support has to be given for pregnancy to fair well.
    Though it's difficult to say that there is any permanent cure to this syndrome of symptoms and signs. But, lifestyle modification, maintaining proper diet with exercises and correction of associated hormonal imbalance, can help in managing the symptoms and avoid the signs to re-appear.
    It is definite that it will not interfere with your current pregnancy but will or will it not continue post pregnancy that can no be said definitely as of now. So relax and do not worry over this as you can not do anything about it currently.
