  1. Hello Dear,

Thank you for writing to us at MediMetry.
As your reports suggest problems with immunological tests, your liquor is also less which is an implication which can be due to this. Amino acid infusions, high protein diet, rest and plenty of fluids orally have shown improvement in AFI and weight gain of the baby in different studies.
In practice, we have these options available with scientific evidence of improvement, so should be tried. Lonopin (LMW heparin ) is also seen to be helpful in immunological issues affecting pregnancy by helping placental perfusion etc.
You are high risk pregnancy case and need close monitoring and medication extra as advised.

Well its better you do not miss any dose but do not worry about it now. Though it should not be bad but stick to the schedule now.

      • Hello Dear,

Thank you for writing back to us at MediMetry.
As I explained already, this condition can be associated with less liquor that is there or IUGR. With proper care and treatment, pregnancy may go well without much complications but may lead to severe IUGR also leading to early delivery and other issues which I don't think need to be discussed here as you have just developed low AFI. Stop worrying and do the needful for good results. All the best to you.
