    During pregnancy it's always better to lie on side than straight. It improves blood circulation to the baby and placenta as well and is comfortable to the mother also. Most preferred posture is to lie on left. If you are comfortable then right is also good position. Use pillows under or between your knees and behind your back if you are more comfortable with them.

    I m pregnant with 26 week. Can i sleep on my back but folding both legs together

      In 2nd trimester you can lie on your back with hips and knees bent if you are comfortable. With advancing pregnancy it will become uncomfortable. It's always better to lie on side than straight. It improves blood circulation to the baby and placenta as well as is comfortable to the mother also. Most preferred is to lie in left. Right is also good if you are comfortable. Use pillows under or between your knees, at your back if you are more comfortable with them.
